1. Agreement

By creating an account or subscribing to any plan on Emil PT, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Emil PT provides personalized training programs, nutrition plans, progress tracking, and direct messaging with your coach through a web-based platform. Programs are designed by Emil and delivered digitally.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

4. Health Disclaimer

Emil PT provides fitness guidance, not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program. You train at your own risk. Emil PT is not liable for injuries resulting from following any program.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

6. Intellectual Property

All training programs, nutrition plans, and content on Emil PT are the intellectual property of Emil PT. You may not redistribute, copy, or share program content.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior toward staff or other users.
