1. Data We Collect

We collect: name, email address, body measurements (if provided), exercise completion data, nutrition logs, and messages sent through the platform. Payment data is processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to deliver the Emil PT service: creating personalized training programs, tracking your progress, communicating with your coach, and processing subscription payments.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sessions use encrypted JWT tokens.

4. Third-Party Services

We use: Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional emails, and Supabase for database hosting. Each processes data according to their own privacy policies.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to: access your personal data, request correction or deletion, export your data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@emilpt.com.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: a session cookie for authentication. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party advertising cookies.
